(BDIU)], and is a member in the Association of Electronic Invoicing [Verband elektronische Rechnungslegung (VeR)] since 2006
German Association of Factoring Companies for small to mid-sized businesses [BFM Bundesverband Factoring für den Mittelstand]
As the central communication platform with the highest membership, the BFM represents the interests of the factoring sector for German small to mid-sized businesses. The association focuses on small and mid-sized businesses, in particular on their access to liquidity outside of banks.
German Association of Collection Companies [BDIU Bundesverband Deutscher Inkasso-Unternehmen e.V.]
The BDIU organizes companies with the objective of minimizing their outstanding receivables and to safeguard the liquidity of their clients. The association members process about 20 million payment reminders annually in the out-of-court receivables management function alone. Roughly EUR 5 billion of open receivables are settled annually based on the efforts of the BDUI association members.
Association of Electronic Invoicing [Verband elektronische Rechnungslegung]
The VeR pursues the objective of promoting electronic invoicing in businesses and the public,
and to establish e-invoicing as a standard. For this purpose, the association supplies
information about technical and legal issues related to e-invoicing. It also focuses on
simplifying electronic invoice interchange.
